Service Administrator
Warrington

You would be working for an expanding and rapidly moving company. With over 30 years of experience in its industry, our client is continuously evolving to be a proud supplier to some of the largest business in the UK - they will offer fantastic training and progression opportunities for the right candidate. 

Responsible to: Customer Account Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• To take incoming calls from a wide range or customers such as end users to contract clients
• To work efficiently and manage customer queries and work with a pro-active approach to problems solving
• Working closely with colleagues so that workload is managed effectively to reach set targets 
• Effectively log all calls, and schedule the calls with engineers and customers ensuring KPI's and SLA's are met
• To complete necessary paperwork involved in the charging of customer accounts for services provided
• Complete the end to end process, close the call correctly and at times deal with client invoicing

General Responsibilities
• Must be willing to undertake training in order to assist personal development and help the growth of the business
• Be willing to assist customer’s enquiries and questions, adopting the highest standard of customer care.  Be helpful and guide the customer to the relevant company department

Personal Attributes
• Dependability, reliability and ability to produce work of high quality displaying attention to detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of computer systems - essential
• Ability to use own initiative/skills/knowledge along with those of the team to deal with situations as they arise
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Experience of dealing with customers over the telephone

This is a full time position (42.5 hours) Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm, paying £20,000 per annum.
