We require an Recruitment Account Manager to assist in the recruitment and management of our client’s Food Production site in Northampton.

£30 - £35k 


21 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 26 days.

Monthly prizes, incentive trips (2016/17 Marbella)

• You will work closely with our clients Senior Management Team and one of the Start People Directors to learn all aspects of the job and of both industries.

Experience – The best training with be a constant feature throughout your career.  However a background in an on site delivery role or recruitment experience would be advantageous. We would also consider candidates with management/supervisory experience production/manufacturing environment or someone who feels they have transferrable skills to be successful in this role.

Skills and qualifications – Engineering / manufacturing / food production experience would be an advantage as would supervisory/ management experience.  Alternatively you will have a sales or strong customer services background

The Role:

• Working collaboratively with Line Mangers in order to provide the best service to them.

• Management of temporary workforce including absence, fulfilment ratios, performance management

• Working towards clients KPI’s 

• Attend production meetings and be the go to person on all their recruitment matters 

• Provide up to date management information to the client

• You will be fully responsible  for the lifecycle of recruitment process for temporary workers

• This includes, interviewing, writing adverts, producing reports, plan labour requirements and problem solve

• The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

£30-35k basic per annum with bonuses per year plus benefits.Monthly prizes and an annual team away trip (2016/17  Marbella)
