Office Administrator (Temp) - Solihull

Our prestigous client based in the Solihull area (B92) are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator. (Automotive)

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Supporting the operations team with logistics & data recording.
  • General office administration.


  • Liaising with supervisors to help with the organisation of attendance reports,
  • Supporting Accounts department in preparation for invoicing: gathering information from weekly task records & timelines & extracting to excel file.
  • Collaborating data transfering to excel documents and ensuring data is ready for daily management meetings

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational skills and highly efficient, very good eye for detail.
  • Ability to work & task manage under pressure.
  • Good people skills & team player.
  • Computer literate – good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Mail/ Drive/ Sheets etc.

You must be flexible to work a rotating shift pattern of days (£7.50p/h) and nights (9.00p/h). Initially this is a temporary position, but may lead to a permanent placement for the right candidate.
