My client, a global and recognised textile rental and laundry service company who work with thousands of organisations all over Europe, are looking for an ambitious and well structured customer installation coordinator to expand the team they have in the Durham office.

The Role

  • Plan and coordinate installations by working closely with all internal departments and teams.
  • Liaising with mainly new customers to overall support the mission to develop and provide value added textile, hygiene and safety solutions.
  • Set up new customers onto the system and keep the installation monitor up dated with all comments.
  • Completing basic admin duties and keeping in touch with existing customers and stakeholders.
  • Plan and monitor start-up/collection change activities such as size fittings, wash tests and reporting any requirements.
  • 20% of this role is on the telephones, the rest of the time will be around planning etc for the customers.

The Person

  • Display an excellent customer centric mind-set.
  • Hold strong project management and planning skills.
  • Hold excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing.
  • Well structured and self-driven.
  • Hold a clear understanding of the use of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (no formulas).
  • Have a huge personality and able to use own initiative.
  • Preferably the candidate will hold a full driving licence.

The Package

  • Salary £16,000 - £18,000 based on experience!
